1. No Refunds or Returns on Donations

Ek Bharat Abyyan Foundation operates as a non-profit organization dedicated to social welfare initiatives. We rely on the generosity of donors to support our programs and activities. All contributions made to the Foundation, including donations, sponsorships, and membership fees, are non-refundable and non-returnable in any form.

Once a donation is processed, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after making a donation

• Incorrect selection of donation amount

• Dissatisfaction with how funds are allocated

• Unused services, if applicable

By making a donation or contribution, you acknowledge that you are making a voluntary and non-reversible transaction to support our charitable activities.

2. No Returns or Exchanges on Products or Services

In case the Foundation offers any merchandise, event tickets, or services in exchange for contributions or fundraising activities, all such sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any physical or digital items purchased through our website.

Exceptions:

We may only provide a resolution in the following rare cases:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item (in cases where the Foundation offers merchandise). In such cases, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the item for a possible replacement.

• If an incorrect item was sent, we may consider an exchange, subject to availability.

Please note that refunds or replacements are solely at the discretion of the Foundation.

3. Transaction Errors

If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transactions or incorrect amount entry due to technical issues), please contact us at ekbharatabyyan@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction. Our team will review the request and, if found valid, may process a correction. However, the final decision will be at the discretion of the Foundation.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

As a donor, you agree not to dispute or initiate a chargeback on any donation made to Ek Bharat Abyyan Foundation through payment gateways, credit cards, or any other means. If you face any issues, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.
